Ground Beef
1 lb vacuum-sealed packages. Pure beef, nothing added — the everyday staple from grass-finished Angus.
Combo Box
25 lbs of mixed cuts: ground beef, chuck roast, ribeye, brisket, and short ribs. Ships in an insulated box.
Half Cow
Approx. 210 lbs of custom-cut beef. You choose the cuts. $400 deposit reserves your animal.
Whole Cow
Approx. 420 lbs — the best price per pound. Ideal for large families or splitting with neighbors.
Ribeye Steak
Hand-cut, individually packaged. These are the steaks your grandfather would recognize.
Chuck Roast
Rich, slow-cook roast from grass-finished cattle. Average 3 lbs per roast, individually packaged.
